The St. Clair Shores Fire Fighters Union Local 1744 is
affiliated with the International Association of Fire Fighters
(IAFF) and the Michigan Professional Fire Fighters, and was
established in December of 1967 to help insure safer work
conditions for firefighters and provide better services for the
citizens of St. Clair Shores. As members we are dedicated to
the care and protection of our citizens in emergency situations
as well as assisting people of special needs in and around our
community. We will continue to be aggressive in advancing the
services we provide.
